Why Dharma

Most corporate giving disappears into a black box. Ours doesn't.

When you partner with Dharma, you pick a project and fund it. We send your money to a vetted local partner in milestone-based installments. Each installment gets documented before the next one is released. You see the receipts, the progress, and the outcomes.

We're a volunteer-run nonprofit. Nobody takes a salary. Your contribution doesn't fund our office or our admin - it funds training materials, equipment, and whatever else the women in our programmes actually need.

We're small enough that your contribution visibly moves the needle. And structured enough that your finance team won't have questions we can't answer.

How it works

1. Pick a project Browse our active projects below. Each one has a clear budget, timeline, and outcome you can fund.

2. Tell us what fits Fill out the project form. It takes two minutes. We'll get back to you within a week with specifics: what your contribution covers, how it's tracked, and what reporting you'll receive.

3. We deliver and document Funds go to our local partner in installments. You get quarterly updates with real numbers, real photos, and real outcomes. No spin.

What you can fund

Every project is different. Depending on what's active, your partnership might cover:

  • A full training cohort for 20 women
  • Individual trainee sponsorships
  • Programme materials and equipment
  • Recurring annual programme funding

The specifics depend on the project. The structure is always the same: milestone-based funding, documented spending, tracked outcomes.

What you get

  • Full transparency on exactly how your funds were used
  • Named acknowledgment in project updates and on our site (or anonymous if you prefer)
  • Quarterly progress reports from the ground
  • Photo and story content for your own CSR communications (with participant consent)
  • A direct line to our team whenever you have questions

What you won't get: logo placements, speaking slots, or branded merchandise. We're a small nonprofit that funds women's training. The value is in the impact and the honesty, not the marketing package.

Who this works for

A team of 5 looking for something meaningful. A company of 500 wanting a transparent, trackable giving programme. A founder who'd rather fund something real than sponsor an event.

If you want to know where your money went and what it changed, we're the right fit.
